What is the signup process for InterXstream Hosting services?
Simply visit us at http://www.interxstream.com/, select the service package you wish to purchase, and click the "Buy Now" button next to it. This will begin your purchasing process. Our automated system will collect some preliminary account information from you and will guide you through the payment process.
Once InterXstream receives payment, your account will be set up on our web servers. You will receive an email message containing your new account information within 30 minutes of receipt of your payment.

What payment methods can I use to signup?
You can use credit cards (from which monthly charges are automatically), mail a check or money order. Credit card payments are highly recommended as they allow InterXstream to quickly identify your signup and payment and immediately set up your account.

How long does it take for my account to be setup?
Account setup is generally instantaneous. However, occassionaly orders are required to be manually reviewed. You should recieve your welcome e-mail within 30 minutes of signing up.

How do I buy another package?
If you currently have an interXstream web hosting package and wish to purchase another package you may log into the interXstream client area (this is different than your cpanel). The client area is located here:
https://secure.interxstream.com/newsignup/clogin.php
If you do not remember your username/password, enter the e-mail address in that you signed up with and the username/password will be e-mailed to you.
Once logged into the client area there will be a button towards the middle right of the screen that says: "Place new order -> Click to Begin".
Click on that button and you will be able to walk through the process of adding a new domain.

What if I already have an account and wish to purchase an additional domain?
You will need to log into your client area. This is different than your cpanel. Your client area username/password were e-mailed to you when you first signed up.
You may login to the client area here:

If you do not remember your username/password you may retrieve the password by entering your e-mail in the retrieve username/password section.
Once logged in you will see a button that says "place new order". Click on that button and you will be able to go through the processo of setting up another package.
