What is an IP address?

An IP address is a unique number assigned to each computer on the Internet. It helps each computer or server on the Internet find another computer.

Your web server is just a computer owned by your hosting company. It must have an IP address so that people can find your web site. The IP Address for your web site server will appear in your account information e-mail message when you first sign up with InterXstream.

How do I change my billing credit card?

When you first signed up, you received an email message with a username and password for our client area. The client area is different then the cpanel, so be sure to use the correct username/password.

The client area may be found here:

https://secure.interxstream.com/newsignup/clogin.php

Once logged in you will see your domain name listed along the bottom. To the left of the domain name will be a credit card icon. Click on that icon and you will be able to update your credit card information.

Also, as a note, when entering a new card number in, right above where you enter the card in there is a pull down menu. Be sure to use that, and choose the option "no, enter new card information below".

If you have any troubles, or need any help, please e-mail support@interxstream.com
